Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
M.A., RP(Q) (she/her)
I know how hard it can feel when the world seems to judge you, and you begin to turn that judgment inward. If you’ve been told to “just get over it” or that your struggles are “all in your head,” I want you to know that your experience is real, valid, and uniquely yours. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, stress, grief, or life transitions, I’m here to support you in finding your own way through.

With extensive experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds including marginalized communities, I bring a deep understanding of the challenges you may face. In our sessions, I’ll offer a safe space to explore your experiences, strengths, and values. Together, we’ll build a personalized toolkit to help you navigate life’s challenges at your own pace. My approach is about empowering you to trust in your own capacity for growth, not simply finding quick fixes.

My clients often find that, with greater self-compassion and clarity, they’re able to manage stress more effectively, establish healthy boundaries, and make choices that honour their own needs. The first step is often the hardest, but by taking it, you’re already on the path to a life where you feel more resilient and grounded.
