Change can feel daunting, especially if past attempts to alter behaviour didn’t lead to the outcomes you hoped for. If you find yourself feeling trapped in cycles of addictive behaviours, grief, or anxiety, know that you are not alone. Many people struggle with the weight of these challenges, and it’s completely normal to feel overwhelmed. Together, we’ll navigate your journey at your pace, honouring your expertise about your life while providing the support you need to build resilience, acceptance, and trust in yourself.

With nearly a decade of experience and a gentle yet challenging approach, I meet clients where they are, free from judgment. My practice focuses on gathering information to understand your unique situation, and we’ll collaborate on a personalized plan to help you cultivate self-compassion and build resilience, empowering you to set and achieve your personal goals.

Remember, reaching out for help is a courageous step, and I’m here to walk alongside you through this process. Let’s harness the momentum that brought you here and work together towards positive change.

get to know me outside of therapy

  • I enjoy taking care of my house plants and my cat (Catia)
  • An ideal chill day is curling up with a blanket, reading a good book, and having a cup of tea (chai is my go-to right now)
  • Music is really important to me. I love connecting with songs that mean something to others. I have also been learning to play the bass guitar!
