Our Team

Belinda Hannan

Registered Social Worker
MSW, RSW (she/her)
Change can feel daunting, especially when past efforts haven’t led to the outcomes you hoped for. If you’re struggling with sensory overload, anxiety, or find yourself stuck in unproductive patterns, know that you don’t have to face this alone. These experiences can be overwhelming, but together, we can navigate them at a pace that feels right for you. I will honour your unique perspective and offer the support needed to foster resilience and trust in yourself.

With nearly a decade of experience, I provide a compassionate yet empowering approach, meeting you where you are without judgment to deeply understand your individual needs. Drawing from somatic approaches that honour the wisdom of your body, we will develop a personalized plan to help you cultivate self-acceptance and work towards meaningful change in your life.

Taking the step to acknowledge the need for change can feel intimidating, and I recognize the courage it takes to seek support. Together, we can craft a path forward that aligns with your strengths and allows you to thrive authentically.

get to know me outside of therapy

  • I enjoy taking care of my house plants and my cat (Catia)
  • An ideal chill day is curling up with a blanket, reading a good book, and having a cup of tea (chai is my go-to right now)
  • Music is really important to me. I love connecting with songs that mean something to others. I have also been learning to play the bass guitar!
